Evidence of His goodness, His mercy, and His salvation.

Evidence was brought together by the grace of GOD in October of 2006. Buddy, JoJo and Diana were drawn together by their common desire to worship the LORD thru song. GOD used their talents for songwriting and melody to spread HIS message of love and salvation to a hungry world. Evidence was given this one task, “Just go sing and tell them I love them.” Like Paul and Silas, we do this with glad hearts sharing the blessings and comfort through song that He has given us.

Buddy grew up in Maynardville, Tennessee. He felt convicted of sin at age nine. His mother, sensing his despair, asked him if he died, would he go to heaven or hell. They went to a revival that night and met a sister in Christ. Buddy didn’t understand how he could trust that the LORD could save him and she asked him how he trusted that a bridge would carry him over the water. Understanding this simple question, he went to the alter at the Revival and trusted Jesus as his Savior. At age ten, he was elected song leader and continued until he was called to preach at age 18. After a two year tour in the United States Army and a year in Vietnam, he was ordained and elected Pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church. Buddy’s testimonies and experiences are a must hear for any generation.

“JoJo” grew up in Corryton, Tennessee. She started going to Church by her-self at age five because her family would not attend. JoJo would later ask her grandfather, a Minister of GOD, about salvation and was told simply and purely, “You will know when it’s time….” She attended Vacation Bible School and one day when she was eleven, the call came to her heart and she readily accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. Her parents didn’t believe her when she told them of her salvation, but she kept going to church faithfully. Thru her perseverance, her parents and her brother started attending Church with her and later received Jesus as their personal Savior also.

Diana was raised in Knox County, Tennessee. She began singing for the LORD at age four. Although the daughter of a Church of GOD minister and going to Church all her life, she had never accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior. One day, when she was 35, while working at her drafting table, she drew a picture of Jesus Christ on the Cross held in the palm of God’s hand. John 3:16 was written in the sleeve of God’s robe. She finally realized, at that moment, how much GOD loved her! She understood that GOD gave His very own Son for her, even while she was still in her sins. Her heart was completely broken by that knowledge and she asked Jesus to come into her heart. “All that I am is because He is my everything.”
